Terri Roberts - Terri lives with her husband in Fort Wayne, IN where she is currently an Assistant Professor with the University of St. Francis in the Department of Nursing. As a registered nurse with her master’s degree, Terri has built a career out of assisting others and is celebrated as a recipient of numerous academic and service-related excellence awards. She belongs to several national and local organizations through which she uses her unique skills to protect, and advocate for, a variety of at risk and underserved populations. Terri looks forward to utilizing her many and varied collaborative connections to support the efforts of Ride With Faith while also keeping her aligned with a life long passion for animals.
Deb Wade - Deb lives in Columbia City and has a 23 year old daughter and 15 year old son. Some of her hobbies are power lifting, boxing, playing tennis and blackjack. She believes in the RWF program and the benefits it provides to children who participate. Deb volunteers her skills at our events and does a wonderful job helping with whatever needs done.
Jonathan Roberts and Jordan Schenkel - together raise their close knit family including two children and a variety of animals. The homestead is located on a small farm in Tri-Lakes, Indiana where they have owned full blooded Arabs, a half Arab, a Tennessee Walker, one miniature Pinto, miniature donkeys, pigs, reptiles, chickens, dogs, and cats. They have successfully bred full Arabs and pigs on their farm. Jonathan is currently in charge of running jobs that require the fabrication and installation of architectural sheet metal for a commercial roofing contractor in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Jordan operates JJ Roberts Photography. Together they both have a strong passion for animals, the great outdoors, helping others, and most importantly: family. Jonathan and Jordan were happy to find an organization like Ride With Faith that combined the hobbies and lifestyle which they both so highly value.
Pam Connelly-Castle - Pam is the founder and director of Ride With Faith. Along with her lifelong love of horses, Pam has a passion for helping children. In 2008, she decided to combine the two to create Ride With Faith. Pam received her Habilitation and Respite Certification from DMHA/FSSA in 2010-2011. She's worked with many young people over the years including those with ADD, ADHD, ODD, PDD, Autism, Aspergers, PTSD, TBI along with additional behavioral and emotional issues.
Pam is also an Army veteran, has received her BS in Business Management and a BA in Human Resources Management with honors, and is an accomplished horse woman!
